Sliding Patio Doors and Screen Doors

How they work:

The door is attached to an overhead track and can slide freely over and back. There are no tracks on the floor to trip on or get damaged. Guides are fitted to the floor to help secure the door in place when open or closed.

Suitability:

These sliding doors are suitable for patio doors in conservatories or other areas where standard hinged doors are not suitable or practical.

Available Options:

Powder coated Aluminium profile is available in white as standard with a range of RAL colours available that can be matched at an extra cost.

A sub-frame is sometimes fitted to avoid the fly screen door fouling the existing door or furniture or to bypass handles, alarms, locks, etc. It is normal to include a push bar across the middle of the door, this is to help prevent children and others from walking through the mesh, but if required can be omitted.
